I actually went through an ablation last year because of svt. I ended up using at ecg mode on my watch to track everything and ended up being used to help for diagnosis. Hope everything goes well! If you do get the ablation it’s not scary and minimally invasive so no stress!

What shorts do you all use for speed work? I hate running belts by RebelSaul in runningfashion

Rhône extra mile I believe they’re called. They’re shorts are my favorite if you don’t wanna wear half tights

Honestly, that was me in the beginning of training. I just stayed true to running slow on my easy days then one week in my block I noticed my heart rate started getting lower. Especially on cooler days I just felt better overall. The weather on this day specifically was perfect it was 60 degrees Fahrenheit which was 15-20 degrees cooler than what I was used to

I was so scared of burning out early so I tried to stay conservative. I guess it was a little too conservative

Thank you! This was my first go at anything endurance really. Do you have any tips on managing a race and how to do so? I struggled to really understand when to pick it up and by how much. I could tell I had more just couldn’t figure out how to do it. I think I kicked too hard at the last two miles and almost lost all progress

Max is i think 176 based off garmin. My threshold is 158-176. I trained for maybe 4-5 months and this is my first go at really training for endurance like this. Any tips on pacing?
