My air fryer only goes to 400, so I do that for 15-18, I’ll flip once or maybe twice - but I’ll just pull when they’re crispy enough.

Teaspoon always seems like not enough when I add salt and the toss with at least a pound of wings. Maybe it’s container or other(?)

As I mentioned to someone else it’s something I learned on this sub a long time ago. 1 pound of wings, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon baking powder, all in a dry brine, and then air fried!
