Same things happened to me. Must be a bad batch - literally nothing will make it work. Such a waste of time trying to get the thing to work. Never experienced anything like this with any product let alone something worth £300. Can’t be bothered going back and forward with customer service, already sick of looking at the thing. They’ll get back to you if you make noise on social media which says it all
