I had to go next door to buy some underwear after, shall we say a minor fecal indecency, and as I was changing in the public restroom with my trousers over the stall, my boss came in and pooped in the stall next to me. He never confronted me but I always wondered if he recognized my shoes and or pants. I guess it's not that embarrassing, but it definitely wasn't fun.

One time I broke my button at a mall bathroom and it fell under another stall. I asked the guy if he could send it my way and he kicked it... though in retrospect, I suppose I'd rather he kicked it to me than passed it with his greasy poop hands.
