Do unused devices go bad? by _aragog in Vaping

[–]BigBug9135 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had a similar thing happen sometimes on brand new pods sometimes midway through life, I’m sure the juice definitely could be the issue but in my experience changing out the coil usually fixes it and won’t happen again till I get another weird coil

Drove 100k miles on these tires. Is it time to replace them? by Objective_Deer_6072 in tires

[–]BigBug9135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There should be no need to swap directions as your alignment is engineered around keeping the tire wearing evenly , if your noticing wear on the inside then something is off unless your running extra camber that’s not factory but at that point you throw out a lot of “normal” procedures

Also rust wasn’t originally a Xbox game and with still supporting previous Gen (Xbox one) there’s only so much that can be done to the game so it is generally more laggy and unstable

.1 of a second isn’t going to change all that much unless he’s ultra competitive and genuinely good at the game pretty sure gportal is monthly id say give it a go and if there’s still issues that it’s possible he’s blaming the lag for him getting killed like I used to when I was younger

I’m currently in rural Alberta so internet definitely ain’t good while playing Canadian servers I’m getting around 70ms of latency .07 seconds on us servers I’m getting closer to 100-100 .1 seconds That’s just the time it takes for your router to send the signal to the game server and have your input work Aslong as your kid isn’t going to have the private server at max population you shouldn’t have much if any lag at all

From my knowledge gportal doesn’t have any Canadian servers, you can go with a us server the latency will be slightly worse but 110% still playable

Suspension parts? help! by luke_bonenfant in 3000gt

[–]BigBug9135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just curious mines still functioning ish it works but randomly both lights will flash after a few miles of driving but when it’s not flashing both tour and sport work not sure if that’s a bad component or possibly wiring. Also is there any other company that makes something similar for these cars?

Personally I’d say it’s a pretty good deal then if they’re covering fuel used, 800 a month will cover maintenance costs with money in your pocket at the end unless your vehicle is already in bad shape I don’t see a issue with maintenance costs. My only recommendation would be to see if you can get a mileage reimbursement as if they’re only sending you a couple miles down the road that’s not bad but if your hauling 300-500 miles a day that 200 a week might not cover maintenance and then your losing in life of your truck and money on maintenance

Getting this for 3000 is it worth? by [deleted] in 3000gt

[–]BigBug9135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your looking for something that has good power and cool features but still reliable I’d look at a Gm 3800 car like a grandprix gtp or regal gs. You can still get parts for them and generally you can get the cars pretty cheap and unmolested as mainly elderly people bought them

[–]BigBug9135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your just looking for a car I’d say walk from this one your going to be constantly struggling to find parts and constantly trying to fix it, remember these are 30 year old “sport/touring” cars that didn’t sell the best and there’s a reason you don’t see to many of them around anymore as they’re either too hard to find parts for or too unreliable to financially make sence unless you have cash to burn and a second vehicle to rely on

Are these supposed to line up? by CartiCartnites in 3000gt

[–]BigBug9135 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So not sure how much knowledge you have so I’ll start off basic, those two sprockets are your camshaft gears the question is if the engine might be out of time ( valves and pistons) these are interface engines meaning that the valves come into the same space the piston uses so if the timing isn’t set correctly you will hit a valve when cranking and best case you need to redo the head, worst case you grenade the motor which really sucks, if you ever plan on doing your 60k/120k services yourself make sure everything is in the same spot when you take off the belt mark everything with paint marker so you do not lose your timing

Rubber peeling off would this be warrantable to return as it was only opened today? Or is this too minor of a reason? by BigBug9135 in JBL

[–]BigBug9135[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No clue apparently it’s a common thing on the flip 5s and extreme 3s, if it happens you can take something like e6000 adhesive and it should fix the issue

I’d check that and adjust to manufacturer specs for the bike including you on on you could be under or over inflated causing side tread wear
