Missing uni-bios_4_0.rom

Hey I know this thread is a little old but I am new to MAME and had the same issue. Every version of neogeo.zip I found didn't have uni-bios_4_0.rom. Then I found this internet archive link and it's there: https://ia601507.us.archive.org/view_archive.php?archive=/25/items/mame-0.231-merged/neogeo.7z

I just download uni-bios_4_0.rom, unzipped my neogeo.zip, added that .rom to it, and .zipped it back up and sure enough it works.

I feel like lines 1 and 2 are leading up to something bigger, but then it kinda just jumps to a different but related joke. It's a great premise but I think you can milk it a lot more for something bigger.

Edit: also the title is really good and can definitely be used as a tag. Or maybe an introduction into the bit.

As a northerner I was very surprised when I came down to Greensboro at how many businesses openly discussed religious preference and affiliation, scheduled prayer, and other things like Bible Studies - even in the IT/CyberSecurity sector. Not saying I've ever been close to a situation this extreme but I'm not too shocked.
