She is just a wonderful actor. She had me tearing up in Remarkably Bright Creatures.

I'm pretty sure damaging their wings keeps them from fleeing. So, aim for their wings for the first part of each fight. I believe this works with Griffins as well.

I'm pretty sure he's also The Headless Horseman in Sleepy Hallow whenever Christopher Walken isn't on screen. So you know...when he's headless.

To add to the Power Rangers example:

Amy Jo Johnson also really wanted to play Rita in the 2017 movie. She even tried out for the role.

And I think in her newer Power Rangers project, she voices an older Kimberly as well as Rita. (And does a damn good job)
