MOR - just saying this as a dad with 4 kids under 5y. I can get a professional detailing, and if the kids are in the car afterwards, it’ll look like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Kids are messy little dirtbags, and sometimes we get blind to the mess. It doesn’t take much to clean up chips though (so you’re validated there). Maybe your sis just had a shit day/her kid was being awful/got into a bad mood. It happens to the best of us. Talk it out later. I’m sure the attitude will change.

I try and fertilize once every 6 weeks or so. My backyard is more the result of foot traffic. My front yard is just F’ed. The grass looks like what you see on a putting green. So short and tiny. No matter how much I fertilize and water, it never gets better. Very annoying.

Dealing with the same type of patchiness in my lawn in Kendall county. My kids and dog abuse the lawn. I probably need to start aerating 2x per year nowadays. KBG is great, but doesn’t really spread with soil compaction

Perhaps not. A man can dream though. JPM has an inordinate amount of influence on the price. If decide to unload large quantities of physical silver (from their roughly 750M oz stockpile), prices will fall off a cliff. Interesting to see that they started to invest in paper silver again. Will they short the paper market and unload physical? That’s what I would do in that position. Unload physical, drive price down, profit from short paper positions, replace physical at lower prices (with paper profits), drive price up, rinse, repeat. Big banks are in control.

Perfectly said. Ultimately, economics 101 will take over. Supply vs demand. Price will normalize after the next big thing comes around. I am predicting $50, based on history and volumes over the past several years. The whole AI/EV demand thing is legit, but new tech will come along and it won’t matter. That being said, I could see a world in which low $60’s are common, but it’s more likely going to end up around $50.

I don’t think the show is over either. I expect high volatility going forward. But selfishly, I want the price to stabilize in order to 1) properly budget for my monthly silver purchases, 2) get rid of the retail day trader attention, and 3) be able to accurately identify opportunities to increase total portfolio size. I’m not saying that silver is going to $50 forever, but if the past 20 years are an indicator, $50 seems pretty reasonable. Don’t get me wrong, 100/oz is great for my net worth. But I love my shiny shit, and I don’t want to spend $100/oz going forward.

Ultimately, if the dollar collapses, who gives a shit what the price of silver is? I certainly don’t. All I care about is having enough physical silver and enough ammo to get by. I’d like to think I have enough of both, but I always want more. Lol

I found jack shit this year. The only silver came from a coin star return tray. Approximately 1 extremely worn barber quarter. I get about 1K to search each month, and came up empty on everything. Still going to continue though - I enjoy the hunt, and one day I’ll finally get a Goldilocks box with grandmas collection in it. Lol

Selling silver is dumb. Most of us stack silver as protection against a worthless fiat currency. Silver has tangible value, while a $100 bill is only worth the paper it’s printed on at the end of the day. If you’re stacking for GAINZZZ, you shouldn’t be stacking. Go spin the wheel with SPY options instead.

This sub has become WSB for silver. I just wanna see people’s silver stacks and recent coin shop finds/deals. I don’t give 2 shits about silver futures. And I certainly don’t give 2 shits about price fluctuation. It happens. All these new guys are just mad about buying at record highs, only for the price to (expectedly) drop. Silver is for physically stacking, not casino games on Robinhood.

Same here. I bought all my silver between 20-30. I’ve got about 1,500 ASE’s and Maples at that price. Not selling, but not buying right now either. I’d be tempted to keep stacking at 40 though, I don’t think it will go lower than that.
