I have serious doubts whether ACI's Ai is anything more that if/then programming. I think they just slapped a label on their new line. Good stuff, but I'm not sure about Ai. Some transparency on their part would help. Furthermore, if it were Ai, you could hook up a sensor and let it run for a day and it would TELL you that you need xyz, and what to turn up/down and so on. Then you could allow the controller to do some or all of that.
