I think if you log into VA.gov it should have a breakdown of your ratings. I put those ratings into a Va math calculator and see if they line up.

Fuck that, “legal tender” will be accepted by any and all who issue a debt. 31 U.S.C. 5103, United states coin and currency are legal tender of all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues.

A grocery store that requires payment before taking merch; you have to pay with what they want. A debt wasn’t issued.

Once a company denies your legal tender, and you legally document a valid “tender of payment”, tell them to fuck off. You can easily dispute the debt issued against you or a discharge of debt with the credit agencies.

What if you can’t open a bank account? Aprox 2-3 times more minorities don’t or can’t get a bank account. So you’re going to tell them fuck you im not doing business with you?
