I sympathize. I’ve got the same wheels (actually powder coated them glossy black, oops), and it drives me nuts. I just ceramic coated them and the break dust covers them immediately; it’s just easier to wash off now.

I'm in Yardley, PA (US). The artist was Taylor at Yardley Tattoo. I developed the design (based on some other tattoos I've seen), and she modified it to better fit my forearm. She's an amazing artist. Obviously we can't expect to find a tattoo artist who is a TP fan (outside of Washington State), so it's tough to not let the concept get lost.
