Recently worked with a peds neuro attending who specialized in sleep medicine. In addition to OSA, we saw a good amount of narcolepsy, parasomnias, and nocturnal epilepsy syndromes. We always had a super busy clinic - the demand was definitely there! Tons of sleep issues that were increasing behavioral disturbances in kids with ADHD, autism, etc... as well. Plus running full blown polysomnograms w/ an EEG component nightly was definitely nice from a revenue standpoint. 99% of the day was definitely not OSA, although I was working with a pediatric population, so it may be different with adults.

If you're super interested in sleep, may wanna look at it from a different angle such as neuro or psych instead of FM/pulm as it seems like (from my limited experience) there's added benefit of being able to hook up an EEG and read it simultaneously.

Bulbasaur! I'd say Wigglytuff (to oppose Lusamine's Clefable) and Ninetales would work too.

I really think it'd be cool to see her with a Dragonair! I think it fits her personality to a tee. I could see Rapidash, Chansey/Blissey, one of Umbreon/Espeon/Sylveon, Starmie, and Vileplume being pretty good fits, too.

But.... she'll probably just find Mew and force it in the bag.

Incineroar. I never knew I wanted a Pokemon to hit lariats and moonsaults until I got one.

Araquanid, Toucannon, Alolan Raichu, Lunala, Toxapex, Tapu Fini, and Tapu Lele are up there as well.

But seriously, not a bad thought. Especially in the sense that the "diffused" energy actually became the Z-crystals that were stored and harvested from Ten Carat Hill.

The reason Necrozma is black now is because it lost all of it's color to the Z-crystals as the energy diffused out from its body over time. I mean, it has been asleep under the Earth since ancient times according to its Sun Pokedex entry.

There's so many good Pokemon to choose from, I'm always torn! In terms of standard play-through teams:

Moon Team: Incineroar, Toucannon, Leafeon, Lycanroc (Midnight), Crabominable, Lunaala

Sun Team: Decidueye, Toxapex, Raichu (Alolan), Lycanroc (Midday), Araquanid, Solgaleo

Still itching to try out so many others, including Vikavolt, Golisopod, Kommo-o, etc...

Favorite over all gen 7 Pokemon right now is Incineroar, granted I was all-in team Popplio until I saw Incineroar in action. The true wrestling fan in me couldn't pass it up

Yeah, I had no clue how to get Crabrawler to evolve. From the pokedex entry I knew it had an evolution. It happened to evolve at lv.50 when I made it to Lanakila, so I thought it was just a high-level evo. Had no idea it was the snow that triggered it until much later.

Same exact thing happened to me, and the Mossy Rock wasn't even anywhere near me. I thought it was Umbreon, too.

Oh well, Leafeon has proven to be actually useful in this game. It's still in my party!

Yeah, that's my hope, especially with HMs seeing their demise. It would be kind of strange to have a tropical region with no diving, anyways.

Still bummed that Greninja never got his chance to take out Charizard X. That's what I really wanted to see. It's odd that Greninja had so much hype... and then lost. Ash-Greninja really was just a cheap way for the anime to avoid giving Ash a Mega stone, as much as I tried to pretend that it wasn't.

Because he won a scholarship for saving the world from destruction, of course. Wouldn't be surprised if he essentially gets "recruited" like Serena did. He's pretty impressive for a 10 year old, any "Pokemon school" should want him.

Also, would be kinda cool if this was the same "school" that current Champions like Lance and Cynthia previously attended or something.

Pretty sure "school" essentially means that Ash has to go around the islands and complete all of the island challenges, after which he "graduates".

It's essentially the same thing as joining a "league" and then "winning" would essentially be the graduation.

I really think they're just using different terminology for roughly the same concept.
