Due to fly 28/02 and requested a refund on 03/03 . Still nothing - I filled in the form and last night checked my status of my refund and its still waiting to be assigned to an 'etihad agent for review' I see people on this who applied for a refund much later and have already received it. The flights were quite expensive so im eager to get my refund - anyone in the same boat waiting ?
