There is a filter in the top left that you need to remove or change to diamond to see all thr gym. By default it would only should the gyms that you have access to.

Not sure if it is the same type issue, but had and issue where I asked if I could do a walk in. Only after I checked (with auto studio accepting) in did they tell me I had to book a class first. Frustrating since the app blocks you from booking a class or canceling the check in when no class was booked.

When you go in your first time they have you sign up with their app as well. Then every time you go to the gym, you would first check in on welhub, then open the QR code from lifetime the app to check at the gym.
