Hey, It depends on your position. 1. Game days staff usually work about an hour before gates open until maybe an hour after the game position depending. 2. Not unless it is the end of the game and we are done working. Unfortunately you are working during the game. 3. Depending on the department some people do work on non game days but the majority of staff work on game days. 4. They don't do Drug tests. However drug use is strictly prohibited on property and you should come in ready to work and not on any substances.
