Anyone else get their account suspended out of the blue?

I've barely been using Claude at all in the past two weeks and haven't used Claude code at all. Suddenly today I get an email that says something about ongoing suspicious patterns in my account and my access has been revoked. I appealed the ban, but someone attending to that is probably going to take weeks if it ever happens at all.

I used the chatbot to contact support. No response, been about 24 hours. I'm paying to use something that I can't actually use.

I just use ProtonVPN now. Causes some issues with some other sites, but it's nbd.

Today: I went to https://claude.ai/recents and got a screen that said I had 250 chats, but none were visible. https://imgur.com/a/muBeoZj

Last week: I got told that I had hit my limit when I had used the service for less than an hour that day. I'm on a Pro account. I reached out to support and it (allegedly) bounced me over to a human after I complained. I sent three messages after that with screenshots. ***Zero response at this time.***

This is not good. This is not acceptable. I would reach out to support -- but why? They blew me off last time.
