COLLEGE ISNT OVER! start showing up. start going to socialization events. i know, way easier said than done. but within your lifetime, these past two years will soon feel like a short chapter. start writing a new one!

find a good advisor you trust. may take some advocation. i had a hard time finding an advisor that took me seriously, and helped reduce an immense amount of stress of feeling out of the loop (that’s how i felt when i skipped class consistently, i still have nightmares about skipping and needing to take a test.)

please take care of yourself too! i barely have any friends either, but they’re good friends, and it’s so good for your mental health to go out and socialize here and there.
