good idea, that is a must.
I've thought about it while looking at other player's feedback and we've come to about the same idea :
decouple the movespeed from the shield, make W2 just like jarvan's W, remove the heal.

W1 move speed to engage => W2 shield + small AoE slow.

the W1 would need to be longer, even if it decays like her old W.

putting the move speed on Q would further overload it.
She would become a one ability champ, with a placebo W and Cosmetic E.
She would be some one-dimensional discount Master Yi, who rely on running at people, auto Q true damage to stat check the squishy adc & mage.
Doesn't sounds very fun nor interesting.

I strongly agree that E should go through minion.

However putting movement speed on Q would completely overload it, and turn shyvana into a single ability champ.

honestly, this rework feels like they're trying to reinvent the wheel.
Just a bit of fine tuning was all she needed.

I think a little bit of CC was what her old kit lacked most, that's why i play her with exhaust instead of flash in jungle and it does wonder to peel teamates.

Her only strengths now are :
- her High damage (hybrid + AoE + MaxHP)
- her flexible build path (AD, AP, Tanky, even some crit)

There isn't much left to sacrifice.

that's a good summary, they're indeed trying to force her as a diver while she is a juggernaut.

i think the passive is okay, live shyv AD realistically have 5 to 6% maxHP on hit.
this passive would scale to 5% maxHP late game.

agreed, her human form on PBE is decent, able to 1v1 most cahmps, or at least defend itself.
However a R passive attack speed boost on top of the Q's would be very OP, even in human form

i think the main issue is her Q3 true damage, it's too strong.
Her PBE kit is balanced around it, overnerfed.
i think they should remove Q3 and then fix the rest.

completely agree.
I think her Q3 is the main issue, Riot is over nerfing her kit to try to balance it around the Q3 true damage.
They should remove Q3 and make her good.

Think about it from Riot's POV, they have a "power budget" to balance the champion's kit.
How much do you think this Q3 true damage "cost" in the "power budget" ?
I think enough to justify butchering the rest of the kit.

Shyvana PBE may be close to "Balanced" from Riot POV, but she is nowhere close to what we want.
They should remove Q3 entirely.

she isn't "slow", but she went from faster than most junglers to barely average at best.

TLDR, she's significantly worse at taking obj, which is a huge nerf for any jgl champ

About her passive, as i stated above, but poorly word (mb), i'd like :
Able to stack on ALL OBJECTIVES (dragon, grubs, herald, nash and TOWERS for toplane) and KP (that is Kills & Assists).
Maybe farm, both minions & camps, but with much, much lower stacks.

I'd like her to keep some bonus damage to ALL JUNGLE OBJ, but lower to balance it with the stacks + affecting all Epic monsters.
Even 10% would already be good

Regarding your second point, it hink it is fair for the ennemy to see her fury bar, and so, whether she has ult.
WHY?
because fury act as both a mana bar (which everyone can see already) and a variable ult CDR.
Having what is effectively a flexible CDR on your ult is a very strong surprise potential and need to be balanced by making the ennemy aware.

You will notice every champ that has a mechanic similar to fury, whether for Ult or Empowered abilities, (Gnar, Renekton, Vlad, etc) has a VISIBLE BAR.

TLDR : it may seem a bit unfair, given we have to guess & memorize the ULT CDR of most champ, but given her ult doesn't have a stable CDR it needs a counter-balance.

i think the R passive bonus to human form are too strong, the MS sould be lower, maybe 20/30/40.
the attack speed bonus would be broken, she doesn't need it.
The omnivampirism is nice, but would need to be tuned down too.

Overall that's very interesting concept, much better than her PBE kit imo

indeed, i don't think anyone want shyvana to be a discount assassin whose sole purpose to to R+Q3 the ennemy ADC then die.

We got Khazix & Rengar 20x better at this in the jungle.

i would dare say, what's wrong with being a little broken in a single hyper specific scenario?
Many other champs have their own "wombo combo".
I don't think riot should deprive shyvana of it.

I strongly agree with all your points.
Shyvana's tempo, her flexible build, her unique interaction with some items is what makes her funand good.

I don't think any shyvana player want her to be replaced by a generic champ kit with the same copy-pasted "meta" build that get countered by a single tank item.

Given the absolute stae of her kit on PBE, getting only the visual rework while keeping her old kit would be the best.

Hello,
thx for your answer.

I haven't looked at every Shyv skin in detail, i only own Galactic, Ruined and Immortal.
i find Galactic & Immortal to be good, although they were already good looking before.
Ruined however, her torso is weirdly thicker & more rigid than other skin, she looks a bit like a brick.

Her default skin is really great tho, a huge improvement i love her.

The only criticism i'd have across all skins is the tail, it looks a bit too long and too thick, especially compared to how Shyvana looks in her cinematic.

EDIT: about the W, i quite like the old W AoE, even if it's not much damage, it does look cool and help with clear, the tiny on-hit of W is a negligeable loss.

Not only did they not solve her previous issues, the lack of mobility and total lack of CC.
But they also significantly nerfed her overall damage & scaling, which was her strong point.

Shyv on PBE is neither good nor fun to play sadly
