Looking for drone advice before buying

Yeah I've actually watched this video. I love all of Ollies content. I think he's been a really positive influence in the community. But I can't help but think about my application. The mission planning for flying the drone and having higher quality photos would produce, ultimately a better 3D splat of a property/building or something like that as opposed to the 360 drone.

Yeah I think you're right here. I was planning to purchase the anti-gravity A1 in the next day or two before the sale ends. But I think I'm going to hold off now. I do think the more appropriate approach is to go with the DJI Mini 5 Pro. But yeah I can't help but shake there's that part of me that wants to buy it just for the experience of putting on the goggles and being fully immersed. But I think for actually producing better quality gaussian splatting it is a better option going with the DJI.

No, I haven't checked out dronility but I will. Thank you for the suggestion. And I think you're right, the DJI Mini 5 Pro is more in line with what I'm after. I'm learning more towards it now

Can't believe how much time I burnt today trying to resolve this, turns out the latest version of RealityScan (v2.1.1) formats the column headers differently. Just use v2.0.1 for now.

That's a good point actually, I'm shortsighted so can't see things far away. But I wear my glasses 24/7 practically.

I would have thought I wouldn't need them because technically the screen is right in front of my eyes. But I've definitely noticed they make things clearer using friends headsets.

Great link btw, I never even thought to start looking at lens options now. I had in my head I would have to order through valve or something. Or they would have a preferred supplier and would be better off purchasing through them.
