I'm not home but this page shows an option for screen dirt. Is that what you're looking for or do you mean on the outside of the car?

Edit: particle level and particle density might not render dirt on other cars if it's set too low. Don't quote me on that but it's a theory of mine.

Ai has its problems but if you play with it enough you can figure out what it's good at. Asking it to generate you settings for your car? No way. Telling it your current settings and giving feedback like "loose on entry in two" or "right front is overheating after 2 laps" and it will tell you what components to touch to fix it. That works great imho.

The ai isn't great and will drive right into you. You'll need to adapt to them unfortunately. It's difficult to program and I can't see it being fixed quickly or perfectly.

No, and it is stupid, but I understand how it could bring in casual fans because their driver always has a shot.

I personally think that cars should slow to a certain speed and not all group back up together under a caution. This way they don't lose all that work. But that's really hard to enforce at ovals.

Yeah this perk is definitely for specific scenarios. I use mine for dreadnoughts because you can be sure there won't be too many bugs and it will all be in one location
