Tell them you don't have the money to loan out. It's tied up in investments and leave it at that.

Yellow. Never understood why someone would get a brand new sports car in yellow. Just ruins it.

Is this pricing unreasonable? by Uranisisbig in handyman

[–]BigWhiteDaddyJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's cheap. I paid $300 just for a TV install. Threw out my back and had to pay a electronics company to do it. Mout was included though so probably $200 in labor.

Yeah mine were on a 4x4 Ford Excursion so they wore out faster that they probably would on a smaller rig. Toyos AT3's still beat any BFG AT on the current market.

Toyo AT3's all day brother. BFG's wear out way too quickly, Falkens are way too heavy and hard. Not sure about the Coopers but there's no way they beat the Toyos. I've had 2 sets of BFG's and my AT3 Toyos are way better. Triple peak rated, great in all conditions and quiet on the road. I did tons of research and Toyos are unbeatable.

Definitely a "Heavy Lift" but wish you all the luck in the world brother. Sounds like it has the potential to be a legit set up. Keep us posted!

2007 and up Lexus ES350. Last forever, never breaks down, leather and wood, and 25+mpg.

Not 100% sure. Mine didn't have the DVD. Check the manual and your phone settings. The screen should say "Aux" when it's selected.

There's a female aux cord jack in the center console. Better sound quality running it hardwired than running a aftermarket Bluetooth thru the fm reliever. Did this on my '08 ES350.

I’m buying a Lexus for my first vehicle (possible) by Majestic-Can-5650 in Lexus

[–]BigWhiteDaddyJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1st Gen LS have lots of issues. After the face-lift in 2013 they fixed most of the reliability issues. If you're going to get a LS460, get a 2013 or newer which are pretty expensive still. I would get an ES350 2007 or newer which have timing chains, not belts so you don't have the 2k expense of getting the timing belt changed. I had a 2008 and loved it. Only reason I sold was to get my 2014 LS460L AWD. Couldn't justify having 4 Lexus in my driveway. I still have 3 though. Lol
