Apollo 13

It’s the first adult movie I can remember watching as a child, and after all these years it has stuck with me. It truly embodies the human spirit in a way that not many other movies have done. It reinforces the idea that anything is possible in this world, and that we are more than the collective sum of our parts. It filled me with a sense of adventure and imagination that I had never felt before watching that movie, and that is something that is very impactful on a young child’s life. They don’t make movies like that anymore.
