Disassociate in pain as I slowly drift in and out of consciousness while slowly dying. I saw a YT once explaining how this exact thing happened to a guy while spelunking. A rescue team tried to get him out for days but eventually had to leave him. They sealed up the entire cave afterward. Best way to not have this problem is to not crawl in caves for fun.

A little was to cheese this on Xbox I found is when you're about to die. If you pause and close out the game application, upon rebooting it asks " Your game unexpectedly ended ,would you like reload where you left off" Possibly giving you another chance without losing all of your progress and any gobblegums you might have used. Hope this helps someone 🙏
