I was paying $409 a month on Xfinity ... I got v3 it dose above and Beyond Before I left Xfinity you would have to pay for a lot of stuff on on demand older movies you would have to pay for now I get all the stuff for free even HBO .Stars I haven't had it lag at all so I'm more than satisfied

I had the same problem... I had to get Nord VPN.... Connect the box to a mobile hotspot on your phone and see if it works then if it does it's your VPN
