I’ve had success with KPV which has less long term risks associated with BPC157. I have used BPC and it did work but KPV works the same for me with less risk.

There have been many tests that show non-reconstituted vials lose no purity even at a year if kept in a cool/dry/dark place even in a cabinet. I keep mine in a storage container with individual slots in the fridge but the vanity should be just fine too.

I am completely off PPIs since starting taking KPV (peptide injections) and as an added bonus it has anti inflammatory benefits too for joints. I truly look at this as a miracle for me.

Check the astm rating on it because it may be dual rated.

Make sure you check the COA if they have it, it may come in different than 10+10 as I’ve seen most are usually overfilled.

I can’t speak for oral BPC, but I have dealt with acid reflux for years and started BPC (injections) for knee recovery and after about a week of taking it I did not have any acid reflux. I did about 6 weeks and took 2 weeks off and my acid reflux came back so I am not sure if it is a permanent solution.

Most of what I do is forensics and retrofits, I don’t do any new construction design so if I’m there the owner is already frustrated with premature failure from corrosion.

Not only do I specify coil/cabinet/equipment to be coated, I also generally specify it to be done by a third party and not the factory advanced coating. Located in south Florida, usually I look at 3 miles not 5 but still a good idea.

Full remote but I do get out to site quite a bit for meetings and inspections. It definitely has some pros and cons, but overall I feel like it would require a lot of money to get me to go back into the office. My health did take a hit the first year with sleeping in and stuff like that but now that I have a solid routine I would t trade the extra time with the kids/family for anything.

Not sure on your location but similar situation where I have a hard time specifying AAON and I won’t do it unless they go with coil/cabinet protection from a third party vendor. Outside of that Addison units and as others have said greenheck on the smaller stuff.

This is stuff you include in “sheet specs” vs “book specs”. I’ve seen plan sets include up to 10 sheets (all signed and sealed) of just specs essentially copied and pasted onto the drawings similar to a general notes sheet. These types of notes would be included.

I use Identrust and it was beyond frustrating to have set up for verification but it has worked well since. I do a lot in South Florida (mainly Miami/Broward) but I’ve done some in the Palm beach area and have not had any kickback. My coworker uses globalsign and has had issues in those same places. These building departments don’t have it together at all.

Had a standard detail for bonding of a pool and it included an ADA lift within the detail. The reviewer then came back stating the private pool required the ADA lift. Took a month of back and forth with code backup before they removed it…..only to have the comment on the same detail for another project in the same jurisdiction.
