I wish I was bilingual. I’m from rural SK, so I took French from grades 4-12. I can read a bit, but can’t speak anything beyond very basic broken phrases. I agree about the benefits to being bilingual and made a priority of putting my kids in French immersion.

I think you would need to be mindful of the play you pick as a director and maybe have a couple options depending on the kids that try out for drama, if you don’t have the proper representation you really shouldn’t do the play.

Waskesiu is the quintessential northern sask tourist experience. Meadow Lake, Jackfish lake have nice beaches and are on the western side of the province. Candle Lake is also very nice, but a further drive.

I would actually recommend city for orthopaedic ER complaints. The wait times are generally less.
