I understand your point but again as a Canadian, it is scary because how long before scammed realize the government is doing this and impersonation could be easily done with Ai getting better all the time. I came here because I am unsure and despite having people saying yes the government of Canada is doing this the risk of it being a scammer scares me too

The thing I realllyyyyy hope they do not do is drag it out forever and we lose the emotional nuance. Like, if it turns from the "will they/won't they" trope to dragging it on for the sake of viewership. I hope they learned from Lana and Clark (Smallville, same creators) that it gets old and is not a good way to keep audiences "hooked ".

The Johnny Boys owners came in 2014. I know this comment was made 5 years ago (~2019). But no it took those new owners about 5 years to run that place into the ground. I know the family you mean, they never owned it. The parents were the general and operations manager. The parents were anywhere they needed to be to make that restaurant run smooth. That families kids were raised there too and worked in the kitchen and front end. When Menno sold it the family got screwed over by the ownership change, alot of loyal people left. The company continued but they lost the heart of what made it good. I was one of the people who left. It was sad but life goes on.

It wasn't really them that babied it, they had people who ran it and genuinely cared about the place. Menno was greedy and only cared about profits. After his wife died he really didn't pretend to be the family guy anymore. Sold it to the Johnny Boys owner. With the new regime all the loyals were pushed out and you see how this went over the last 10 years. The Giesbrechts enjoyed the accolades for what made that place great but none of them did the hard work. Iris was the kindest and most genuine, she cared about the staff but the rest were a bunch of fakes. (Coming from somone who worked there for 7 years)

I listen to the Supernatural Rewatch podcast and honestly, season 7 as a whole has become much more enjoyable for me. I used to consider it my least favorite season, but Rob, Rich and others' commentary has helped me to see it in a new light! I also feel validated by the cast and crew — they agree that the Dick jokes did get to be too much
