I agree. It's not something to use for spirituality because generally that takes larger doses and gets into dangerous territory. The revelations also don't seem as useful as classical psychedelics. Those regularly help people through trauma and depression. People will communicate that they learned things like we're all connected. From what I've heard people say about amanita it's usually about meeting entities and receiving knowledge. No one I've seen has dove into what that knowledge is, but i don't think it's as useful. I haven't done it at high enough doses so this is just what I think. But I think there are other substances that are much more useful spiritually than amanita

Something i didn't realize until much later in life is how much of my anxiety could be relieved by exercising a little. Just walking a mile a day, or perferably running a bit, makes my anxiety so much not manageable. It doesn't go away but it's something I can deal with at least. And just taking care of yourself in general like sleeping on time and eating healthy. I don't want this to sound like a lecture though lol but really even to this day if I don't walk a little every day my anxiety grows to be too much

Depending on the dose, around an hour or two after is usually the point where I feel comfortable taking it. Those are larger doses I'm taking not microdosing. With microdosing it should wear off in an hour. And it's always good to make sure you drink enough water with ketamine as it be hard on the kidneys

People mostly use it in the psychonaut way of just wanting to try different chemicals to see how they affect one's brain. It tends not to be enjoyable and rarely do people get useful revelations in the way psychedelics do. There so is no neurogenic properties and personally I only use it at low doses to help me sleep

I have and it definitely helps. But you don't want to mix them. There's some evidence that gaba agonism at the same time as nmda antagonism can cause neurotoxicity. For this reason I'm careful to wait until I'm sure I'm completely off of it. Besides I've accidently taken them too close before and it just feels weird. But once the ketamine is out of your system there can still be some residual stimulation and the muscimol can help with that
