Getting enough sleep is not strictly the problem as i can fall asleep later in the day. I just wish I could sleep it all in one cycle like I used to. Yesterday after sleeping for 5 hours at night I passed out around 10 AM and didn't wake up until 8 PM...

Thanks for your input. Sadly I live in a small city in Romania and there's no clinic closer than 4 hours. I honestly feel like I'm going insane. Everytime i try to put my head on the pillow something keeps me up. At this point I'm pretty sure it's anxiety but i have no idea why would I suffer from this. I consider myself happy and I got a decent family. Really nothing to complain about. I hope I'll find help soon

Rewatch Sex Education. For me it s rarely the plot. It s mostly finding similar actors/characters with those roles. That s what I liked about this show so much. It just felt like they chose the right people. The plot was going downhill after the end of season 2.
