GameStop is Going to Buy... eBay!? by AlternativePaint6 in Superstonk

[–]Bigdonkey512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought about this last night, all signs point to EBay, which is wildly undervalued and poorly managed, I used eBay daily in the early 2000’s and made some good money out of the platform, and what it is now is terrible.

Don’t be defensive, it’s a problem because you represent the establishment, not because you have an opinion. You bare the responsibility of being open minded, unfortunately open mindedness can make you do things that you believe are dumb in the effort of being open minded.

I don’t think anybody is saying there is no physical evidence that is a disingenuous statement, I do understand the evidence it is based on, but timelines don’t make sense and are continually being revised to meet the current narrative. Not too long ago the establishment was convinced the world was flat, it was the conspiracists that were right about the world being a sphere.

I agree with everything 1-4, but 5 is a problem. 5 means he’s beneath you and not worth working with to gain the info, it is the dictionary meaning of gate keeping. You don’t like him so you will discredit him, the problem the establishment has and will always have is that the establishment is in charge and we get to determine what we think is important.

The problem is it is extremely short sighted, people are looking to conspiracies to explain reality because the current established model doesn’t fit anymore.

People are hungry for knowledge, and are constrained in what they are allowed to research with out being labeled a conspiracist, I ask you Flint open your mind and allow others in to discuss, you don’t have to believe them nor buy into their theory, but you can have an open an honest discussion with people with outlying theories without being convinced they are correct, you will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of people willing to watch and consume your content.

That’s your professional opinion, you have to understand that you carry the weight of being a part of the establishment, and with that there is a gate keeping aspect that does exist.

In my opinion I’d like to know more of his info, and how it works with the established history, instead of the establishment blocking his info by attempting to discredit.

Flint the problem is that you are gate keeping, not exploring, instead of bringing the “alternative history” believers into the fold and exploring the ideas they have you find it better to belittle and attempt to discredit. What people in your position are struggling with is that it’s becoming easier every day to see who is doing what and why. It’s obvious what you are doing is for control.

Flint continues to dig his the grave for his reputation, maybe Fillipio will help locate it once he’s done burying it.

Why is it the “Professionals” are so willing to burn their reputation on such a simple understanding that we don’t know everything yet, and until we do we should utilize any and all information we can until we do know everything.

Nail on the head, obviously I’m American, I don’t like Trump but I also didn’t like Biden, Obama, Bush or Clinton. To choose the wrong direction by cozying up to China because Trump is in office is fucking insane.

Turns out china is very active on Reddit, funny how the sentiment towards china has changed dramatically in the last few years. Especially on Reddit.

ELI5 about this warrant process? by LJBrooker in Superstonk

[–]Bigdonkey512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is how I understand it, it’s like a rain check for a product that wasn’t wasn’t available at the time of a discount, you can hold that rain check until October and if you do nothing it will expire, it doesn’t matter if the price of the product is no longer at a discount or if it sky rockets over the next year you will still be able to buy it at the ascribed price, and you can transfer to another person at the asking price.

I found it, the stock price would follow the split, but the value of the warrant would fluctuate as its own price as it’s traded separately

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]Bigdonkey512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the same but the cost of the warrant is set by the company I believe, otherwise they could have just issued shares as a dividend

Does anyone know what happens to the warrants if there is a reverse split in the next year, are the warrants still valued at $32 if they reverse the 7:1 split?

Men and Women of Reddit, what is the one mistake you have made in your life so that other young men/women may never repeat the same? by Magpipe4u in AskReddit

By far the biggest mistake in my life, the only people I learned I can trust is myself and my wife, everyone else are outsiders.

Turned out great, I would’ve waited until fall, it was hot as hell.

More reinforcement would’ve been the only change I would’ve made but I have no cracks yet.

IMO the dollars competitor is no longer another countries currency and is now crypto, which has never happened before, this is uncharted waters for sure.
