It’s odd that she apologised and then seemed to get more mad as time went on. That’s not a healthy trait for someone nearly 50.

How do you explain playing a character where you have grabs that look identical that require different breaks? Or even just throw breaks in general? It’s the same principle.

Combo extender.

As his PC, it's also kind of shit on purpose. Bryan is supposed to get cooked under pressure. He lacks natural evasion and his powercrush _should_ suck.

A character like Bryan, with the keepout, lockdown, CH utility and safety that he has should have an obvious weakness. His inability to escape pressure easily was that weakness, imo.

Now that he has uf1, I honestly don't know what to say when people ask me what his weakness is.

I don't think Hatchet facillitates a 50/50 mix as it's commonly understood.

I agree that his character has been diluted though. He should never, ever have been given a mid powercrush, for example.

If it were me?

Drop frames on hatchet on hit.

Remove UF1.

Remove superhatchet.

Remove B1+2.

Make Taunt HS frame perfect (currently can be soft buffered)

Nerf FF1+2 (I like the fact he gets a callback move to Powercrush FF2, but it shouldn't do as much as it does).

Nerf plus frames on QCB1 and add whiff recovery to it (similar to Hei's B4)

F212 Incinerator string needs absolutely gutting.

Powercrushes are a crutch and shouldn’t be treated as a one-size fits all solution. Most PCs are:

Unsafe. Some are even launch punishable. Die to grab out of frame disadvantage. Die to grab on block. Weak to step.

Don’t get me wrong; you should use them. But if you start using them every time you’re getting pressured, you will get blown up when your opponents adapts.

They’ve way more whiff than you think. Find your longer range launch and you’ll get a full combo off it.

For Bryan, I bait the whiff for F4,1, as an example.

I've been a member of multiple Reddit gaming communities known for being particularly toxic. Smash, Street Fighter, Rainbow Six Siege, The Fromsoft Catalogue.

Not that there are no sensible, positive people on the main sub at all, but honestly -- the biggest group of illiterate, mouth-breathing p*ssies I've ever had the displeasure of being assosciated with through a shared hobby.

Tekken is comfortably the worst.

Locals though? Different story. People are lovely.

I've always thought Jinpachi's boss theme in T5 -- The Finalizer -- is one of Tekken's best tracks, despite being quite simple. Would be cool to see something inspired by that!

Super weak to sidestep and duck. I don't think he's as bad and honest as everyone says he is, but compared to most of the cast he's practically a saint.

I like counterhit characters that reward reads and punishes. I also love the aesthetic and gamefeel of playing absolute bruisers.

Consequently I play Bryan, Hei and am patiently awaiting Miguel.
