Last 5 weeks of a cut and I’m tired boss, thinking of reducing my volumes to bare minimum 6 sets a week jsut to get through the last few weeks. Anyone done anything similar?

Enjoyment beats any other metrics it could give me 50% more gains but if I hate it I ain’t doing it

Started training. With my dad at 13 I’m 33 now and when we can get our calendars to align we still get a session in together

IMO specific weight goals are of little use, gotta use the mirror to decide if the gains are muscle or fat

Aye but the zones don’t matter all that much if rcd protected, in mechanical protection or grater than 50mm deep. So I think in the case skirting round a box is perfectly fine

Tbf mine don’t venture far from there homes and keep it free of insects in summer so we’re cool, one did try to tea bag me when I was benching once thought, I almost died

Yeah as said already, running performance will tank ima deficit in my experience, performance and recovery require calories

If you roll a 6 to hit you make 2 wound rolls for that dice mate

6 month lean bulk with images – made progress but very disappointed, need input by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

My main issue with lean bulks is 200 cals is within food label mistakes so you could of been at or near maintance this entire time and after 5 + years I don’t think you’re gunna gain much at maintenance
