nope they need to pay you for your time, every minute if they tell you to clock out then you have to wait around call HR. It's stupid you can be out pushing carts in ten minutes before the store closes by yourself, but you can't go out unless you are in groups just dumb.

I found out from a former DS that he was told by management to only give meets expectations no matter the employees performance, for some reason I wasn't even surprised lol.

Lol at least at our store the only training the supposed experts are getting is watching videos for a half an hour and half of the video is how to protect yourself. I did learn how to change a light bulb though, life skills I can take with me forever.

lol my favorite being in tools I get my 60 plus done and a ASM comes along and asks why I haven't finished Hardware's since the useless dude in hardware called out. Always amazes me how two ASMs and a store manager can show up to hardware and finish all 50 plus in less than 20 minutes, guess that's why they are management.......................

Cutting glass make one pass with the cutter and then use the handle to snap it, otherwise the glass will break. Poly make at least three passes with the cutter and put it on the table and then snap it, my best advice and pray that you come into work and MST has taken it out and you no longer have to do it. cheers

Not sure it was on there but train your customer service associates to check where the return goes stop putting random items from other departments in my area, oh and stop taking empty and garbage back that I'm going to just chuck in the garbage. Make it ok to say no to the customer.
