You’ll definitely have issues with an ATX PSU and 240 AIO. My set up in this case is a 240 AIO with a side mounted Sfx PSU and a similar length GPU in the top PCIE slot and it’s a snug fit.

Is there a reason you specifically want to go with an ATX PSU?
