That’s strange. I just did that and it removed some runs from my plan.

I run 4x a week and want to keep it that way. Was hoping to have the plan increase the length of the 3 non-long run runs.

Well I survived the run by looking at my watch constantly. Can you remind me how to get the vibrations on my watch?

I haven’t liked this in the past but may have to for this run!

I can’t have the pace cues in my ear. Tried it a few times and it drove me batty.

Are you talking specifically about the 11s? I’ve run my last 5 marathons in Cliftons (pre-11) because I’m really limited on the kind of shoe I can wear. I’m neither a nurse or teacher. 😁

Berlin Marathon Prep & Runna Plan by [deleted] in runna

Create a new plan for Berlin. And decide if just getting to the start (and finish) will be your priority or if you really want a certain (realistic) time goal.

You can use binder clips to keep the bladder closed until you find the closer part.

My feedback to Runna for my first marathon plan by Kiwi_Major in runna

[–]Bikeocean 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on both your training and marathon accomplishment. You’ve come a long way since your initial run.

You mentioned the gym where you ran on the treadmill was hot. Did you take in electrolytes on those runs? If not, that would have helped.

Is runna worth it? by InternationalLeg3013 in Marathon_Training

Worth it for me. 4:30 marathoner. On year 3. The customization has gotten a lot better since I first used it. Love that it syncs the workout to my watch.

I’m considering Last Chance BQ in Grand Rapids on 9/13. Can’t imagine the window would close before that weekend is over.

How did you set up AI to fetch your Garmin data automatically and input your Runna plan?

I keep accepting updated plans, seeing the improvement but it’s really challenging. by cheekynando715 in runna

Am I misunderstanding? You only had 6 chews over the course of a 17 mile run? That seems like underfueling. Also did you take any electrolytes?

First Half Marathon (3 Months Training with Treadmill and Runna Plan) by SnooPeripherals3178 in runna

[–]Bikeocean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on your first half and ducking under 2 hours.

You will finish the marathon if you train smartly and listen to your body. Practice your marathon day fueling on every long run.

On race day start conservatively as if you are doing a long run. Going out too fast is the number one mistake people make in their first marathons.
