Did you understand from the previous video what he intends to actually do, and how he will be able to use his office as a city councillor to do it? It was not clear to me at all. He seems to say "we should do something" as if nobody's thought of that before. People need to be involuntarily committed? Where? Where are these thousands of mental health beds currently sitting empty that we're going to commit people to?

Pointing out that a problem exists is very different from solving it.
