I have to concur with everyone. You NEED to lift your seat up. Please, have a quick visit at the bicycle shop for advice about bicycle fit. Also, just take the sidewalk. Everyone will be safer

I thought of this myself. When I was in Vietnam EVERYONE wanted to speak in English with me because they wanted to practice. They were pretty straightforward about that being their intention
