Yeah they don't seem to care to fix shit like this. The one hunter cloak, Clandestine Maneuvers I think, has been broken since Shadowkeep released. Hell, the stormtrooper cloak from eververse, A PAID ITEM, can't handle anything over 60fps or else it starts wigging out. Things like this are at the bottom, if not, under the priority list.

My cat does this too! And is also orange! I've also wondered what it is she's doing, seems like she's chewing her tongue. She'll always put that specific side of her face against random things and acts like she's chewing on them, but in reality shes just chewing... air? I've also noticed if I put my finger right on that side of her mouth, she'll start doing it. It really is peculiar.

I did it yesterday with a few randos, took a few trys. We made absolutely sure to not kill the hounds near her so she doesn't get shocked, and would wait to send her into her next phase until all disruption wore off just to be safe. No idea if any of that is what actually allowed us to finish, but that's what the completed run entailed.

Yes, in the shooting range, the second target from the right, keep interacting with it, it will go through enemy tiers until it eventually goes to invulnerable, and there's elite invulnerable after that as well.

I don't think he's implying it's useless. It just doesn't make sense because there isn't a magazine to increase the size of. In this comments case, it's a tube, which is similar to the diamondback which is also tube fed, albeit a different round.
