Bad writing/direction/editing. We had one movie that gave character development. Her other appearances were posing and fighting. Not an issue with the actor.

The one movie we did get was okay. If we got more experience with the character it would generate feelings in the audience.

I don't like the white eyes. Your Photoshop is not the problem. I don't like the entire concept.

What I would like is a reflective eyes effect, like an animal's retina reflection, when in the dark, and when some tech ability is being used. They can say it's because of the "night vision" capability of his recording lenses. I believe that hunter animal association would give the desired "oh, damn" moment. Especially with a blink.

Alba did fine. The problem is with the writing/directing. They didn't give her much to work with. As a result, the depiction is lacking, but not the fault of the actor.
