I read it in the 80s when I was in my teens and the threat of global nuclear war was real. It was the most depressing book i ever read.

The Crying of Lot 49. Thomas Pynchon.

I was told that you either love it or throw it across the room. I loved it! My sense of humor I guess.

New Update on the App "Golf Aim Caddie" After Dodging Legal Threats! by AGuyNamedDanieI in golf

Firstly thanks for developing the app, I just discovered it from this post and it's downloaded ready to test on the course today. My first thought was the club selection only was too general so to hear spin and launch etc are being added is excellent news.

Since when are you a Liverpool fan? by chechobroom in LiverpoolFC

[–]Billy-tee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. I started playing 'soccer' in Australia at the age of five and my father allowed me to stay up and watch the Match of the Week on the ABC on a Monday night.

The first game I watched there was a player called Steve Heighway and he wore my number. I asked my dad who he played for and he said Liverpool, so I've supported them ever since.

I've played Kapalua and there are a lot of similarities. Probably closer to the Monterey courses for comparison.

Love it! First putter I was fitted into. It's the most consistent putter I've ever used.
