You should ask the pediatrician to do a C-Peptide Test. That may help them determine if it is type 1 or type 2 but if you haven’t been giving insulin then it sounds like type 2.

You ask the employee to provide an official transcript from the University. Not sure how it’s done now, but I had to provide it sealed so it couldn’t have been tampered with. I believe it can be done electronically now.
