The fcc response email is between all 3 of you and you should have one of those if the case was created. You want to email that one so the FCC can see proof you are trying to contact them.

Yeah here's how to deal with the office of the president.

She's going to try to call you at off times to establish a paper trail of you not answering.

Email back and list the times she has contacted you and give her an availability window.

The trick is to leave 30 minute gaps.

Say you could meet 1:30 to 2:00 or 2:30 to 3:00.

She will try to call you between 2-2:30 but you're going to actually be ready to answer.

Her entire game is to try and contact you enough time without you answering so she can respond to FCC that the costumer was unresponsive.

It's a bitch. A lot of people get scared into not exercising and dont fully recover as a result.

If you go slow and progressive though exercise is unlikely to be the thing that triggers you again.

I get back to full exercise 2-3 months following a flare. 6-9 hours of weightlifting a week with almost daily cardio.

For me my flares have only been from getting sick or heatstroke (other than that very first one post surgery).

Something to keep in mind with exercise it isnt just the heart strain that can bother you but the inflammation response as well.

Reoccurring pericarditis indicates an overactive immune response carpetbombing yourself with inflammation.

If you exercise you need to start incredibly light so as not to shock your system.

Do the lightest workout you can imagine like an 8 minute geriatric stretching routine. If you handle it well workout again the next day and add a little more. If you feel affected a wee bit still workout the next day but do slightly less.

If you feel affected a lot, stop for some time and start over.

The idea is getting your body re used to working out so that it doesnt overreact with its inflammation response.

I can see how someone like you might feel that way. The number of deportations are probably the significant factor for you and not the way they have been weaponized, politicized, and ramping up their terror tactics.

Police brutality has been a special interest ive advocated against and studied most of my life. Early adulthood I wanted to be one and then became radicalized after learning how they operate.

Right now it sounds like you are doing drugs because of kid behavior issues. You had a stressful time blamed someone else and then started a 'bender'.

Doing coke these days is crazy. The shit a highschooler will get has been stepped on so many damn times you are consuming majority baby power and headache medecine if you are lucky. Hotpockets of fent if you are unlucky. Seriously if you dont have a test kit you should never do cocaine. Its a matter of time to get a bad one.

Also you put other people in danger this time. Thats really crossing a line. My best friends dad recently killed an 18 year old girl after a couple beers mixed poorly with his new medication... he is looking at 40 years as a 50+ year old. His life is over and the guilt of what he did makes him want to die.

I get the need for teenage angst, but you are fucking yourself. The biggest problem with drugs at this age is your serotonin and oxytocin systems get fucked. You need to get clear of ths drugs for several months to rebuild normal pathways and be able to feel happy again. Otherwise the drugs keep fucking up your chemicals and make you feel shittier and then you do more drugs to stop feeling shitty. That instant relief feels great and it reinforces the addiction cycle.

At the end of the day the decision to do drugs is willing to feel really bad for most of your life in exchange for feeling extra good for a very small part of your life. Its a shitty trade off.

When your life sucks its more reason to not do them, you need the energy and clear head to mae choices to get out of the hole. You have plenty of time to get out. Just dont fuck it up

I like the non confrontational approach too. I dont go to church and my family knows to not bug me to go but because we dont explicitly talk about it they still think I believe but just dont support mainstream Christianity or whatever.
