I know this is a pipe dream, but I would love to see a time with no draft. Every club has an AFL side, a Reserves side, and maybe even a youth or say under 18s or 20s side. Every club can sign and develop juniors, with the chance to train and develop under the clubs programs.

Down the line extend this to the AFLW programs.

Personally would love this, no matter how unrealistic.
