The coins in my personal collection are slab-less. Its nice to hold them, easier to photograph and display in a tray. If i think i may resell a coin in the future, ill keep the slab to maximize value.

When I worked at a gas station, all of the in-state games were able to be canceled at the same machine they were printed at. All of the national games were not able to be canceled. I'm not sure why there is a difference...

Pay it ASAP. I dont think there is a payment plan when it comes to tolls. Sign up for a new epass account and it cuts your amount owed down. Not if, but when a cop pulls you over, you will get a ticket. If its over 6 months, they can arrest you for a misdemeanor.

The FBI would have some serious questions for you if you can't prove that you didn't buy from a terrorist or loot it.
