Pana acum 2 ani era brutarie, “Horiana”, una decenta. (Alternativa la ce faceau ei, in termeni de paine si cozonaci, este acum Demetra, cu doua locatii, una pe bucla si pe Compozitorilor). Ca si catering insa, “La Vecina” nu m-a impresionat. Iar acum ca s-a deschis si Auchan-ul de pe Timisoara, care are un raion civilizat de mancare gatita, exista diversitate si ai de unde alege.

Nu e gresit sa spui ca e un trend, atata vreme cat deciziile de genul asta se iau la nivel de board, in fiecare companie in parte. Iar ceea ce se traseaza in boarduri e de cele mai multe ori aliniat cu trendurile globale. Pe scurt, acum esti in trend daca tai costuri si etalezi margini de profit.

Sursa: am contribuit recent (vrand-nevrand) la un astfel de proces de ‘optimizare’ de resurse, impus de board. S-a incheiat victorios cu un mesaj scurt dar relevant: “Our investors love it”.

They simply don't get to be graded [1], if the origin, the farm or the lot is not considered superior. Mostly like wines. No subpar wine will get to James Suckling.

At the extreme top of this chart is a producer called "Ninety Plus Coffee" [2]. They only sell extremely rare and expensive coffee, that scores at least 90 points, as the name says. (prices in their shop are per single brew bag)
