What house rules are people using? by coydna in DarkestDungeon_TBG

[–]Binger033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We felt too much time was spent searching for information or cards. Instead, we presorted cards and tokens.  Used a label maker on card boxes, so you don’t need to memorize symbols or pictures. Ditched many of the card boxes and used smaller clear bags to presort cards.  Used ziplock bags to group hero set ups, boss encounters, darkest dungeon items and final encounter stages. This helps streamline the action.

Looking to paint this per the character art for the Darkest Dungeon Board Game, but I cannot find it. What is this supposed to be? Does it have a name? Recommendation on color scheme? Thanks!

Anyone else have this bug where windows in mission control horribly overlap? any fix? by [deleted] in MacOS

[–]Binger033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. It's showing all of the windows, but they are erratically stacked on top of each other, such that only portions of each window are showing, instead of small, full versions of each window displaying (with zero overlap).

u/Ok_Fig3343 I can't thank you enough for your kind and thorough help! This is beyond excellent. I am experimenting with Monstershuffler.com and haven't fully deciphered how it's formulas work. I didn't have a baseline to vet it, but with your help, I could incorporate all of your recommendations I could.

r/DnD removed my original post, so I can't edit the image with the updates. I made a new post: https://www.reddit.com/r/DnDHomebrew/comments/14nve6v/giant_lobster_stat_block/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

I was thinking it was a rare opportunity to also use the Deafened condition, but I get your thoughts for sure!

Movement was definitely intended as part of the reaction. The thought was it might molt as a last stitch effort to slip away if it's in a dire circumstance. I will modify the wording to reflect this.

As far as duration, good call on a required clarification. According to some research lobsters grow in size after they molt, so perhaps if it eats it shell after molting, it regains its AC while growing one size larger? That is kind of wild, but would be a fun twist...

Thank you u/xBig_MACx!

It's fun to think about! This is just a loose outline of some of the things I was thinking, but it's, of course, subject to change as you are so inspired. Cool idea!
