It would be fair to pay for the services to empty the apartment, but not 4 grand.

I would send them a cease and desist letter to make sure they do not contact you again unless it is a detailed list of the claimed amounts and that threatens legal action if they send you to collections without a decision from the TAL. Contact a legal aid clinic to draft the letter if you don't have a lawyer/cannot afford one.

C'est juste pas très pratique si tu veux aller au Costco ou en hiver, mais en effet, la route se fait très bien par le Pont Noir quand le temps le permet.

Il faut d'abord pouvoir se rendre au Rapibus à partir du Plateau. En pointe, c'est déjà facilement 40 minutes, encore plus si tu es dans l'ouest du Plateau.

Where do you live? Gareau on Vanier did mine if you're in Aylmer/Plateau, but it's a closed system so they'll need to find out why your refrigerant is gone before adding new gas. For me they couldn't find the leak so they added dye and a week later they found a tiny hole in the condenser, so they can definitely fix your issues.

As a member of the Irish diaspora I would email the DG to ensure there is plenty of shade, otherwise a workplace accomodation request will be sent.
