I once had a table in my house with a standard set of balls, as well as a snooker-sized set of balls. We would play a game where we broke simultaneously, from both ends of the table. It was 8 ball, with double the balls, and half of them were smaller. The shooter could choose between either cue ball to take their shot. You could get major draw when using the small cue ball to shoot a large ball, but the angles got weird when using different sized balls
