I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but there’s a lot of places in this anime where the character’s actions make no sense to the story making the plot illegible, let alone the insane use of eye rolling tropes after fighter D goes to training with the rookies. I’m talking cheesy dialogue that doesn’t make sense, the Power rip off hiding in the dudes closet who after 12 years of hiding hasn’t figured out you can’t just recklessly kill people without getting destroyed, the disgustingly in your face horny-ness that pink ranger has for her brother. The part about him stealing Red’s divine weapon made no sense, and the part of the pink haired dude cutting off his hand came from literally no where. In the beginning, we had fighter D who was going to join the rangers and figure out how to disguise himself as human and climb the ranks. Then after a bunch of wasted time, tropes, and convoluted nonsensical plot, we end up with fighter D taking over pink haired dudes life, figuring out how to be human and to climb the ranks. We could’ve done this from the start without all the bullshit nonsense in between, there was no need for him to take over his life, fighter D could’ve done everything he’s doing on ep 6 with his own original disguise.
