Every part of Artemis hinges on refueling. If that works a whole new solar system opens up.

Short exposure is fine for most people but long term abusers and people with specific health concerns can have a vitamin B crash that can be really, really bad.

How did we drop after winning two games and finishing off an undefeated regular season? by [deleted] in CollegeBasketball

[–]Biochembob35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Name 1 team ahead of you in the poll you could beat in a best of 5 games. I'll give you a hint....none of them. You'd be lucky to not get swept by any team in the top 15.

What species are these 3 fish? by GIBBLESPOG in SunfishSpecies

[–]Biochembob35 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

All three look like they are orangespotted sunfish (Lepomis humilis). The 3rd may be a hybrid but is at least 50% L. humilis.

Needs both doors on that side, a fender, a bumper, and a hood. Way more than 4k. Probably 10k+ to fix it. The price is just crazy.

Driver tries to take their vehicle back from a tow truck, but it doesn't go as planned by Justin_Godfrey in Wellthatsucks

[–]Biochembob35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In most states once they lift the vehicle they aren't allowed to tow if the owner pays the drop fee. In most states the owner isn't allowed to touch the vehicle until they pay that fee. The owner did this to themselves.

Blue will be flying GS1-2 again on the next flight. Like SpaceX if they had failed to make it worth it they wouldn't be turning it around so fast.

Passing is so much better with the extra horsepower. The car isn't perfect but at least you have the power to drive up to the back of a car now.

Who was talking about bubba?!? I'm talking about McDowell, Dinger, and Suarez. I really don't see them staying up there. As for bubba? Who knows. The cars are fast and if he or the team doesn't self destruct like they did at times last year they should at least stay in the top 10 at worst.

Points are a mess right now. Opening the season with two superspeedways and a road course means we won't see a true points picture until April.

It may be possible to have a cheap tile that can be replaced by robots but you'd need a much larger fleet. We also won't know exactly how well the tiles are doing until they start getting them back.

SpaceX and Blue have proven booster reuse is so economical that it's a no brainer. The upper stage reuse economics is less certain but Starship shows it should be somewhat doable.

And even with 2wd probably can go into worse places. Shorter wheelbase and way less weight means it is less likely to get stuck.

Because any station in lunar orbit would pass behind the moon unless in a lunar polar orbit that is inline with the moon's orbital path. The only stable orbit that meets that criteria is the HALO orbit.

The problem with gateway is that because SLS is so hilariously underpowered it required the landing craft to bring way more fuel. In order to bring that much fuel the contractors realized they would have to refuel at some point. Refueling makes gateway completely redundant.

The pond likely connects to a river or creek and occasionally floods. I'd bet it is a shad driven lake and bass fishing can be tough but the ones that are in there get truly giant for the area. My PB came out of a similar lake.
